Austin is a graduate of Auctioneering, Valuation and Estate Agency from DIT Bolton Street in 1997. He obtained an honours business degree from DIT in 2001. He is a member of the Institute of Professional Auctioneer and Valuers in Ireland since 2004. Austin also holds the Recognised European Valuer (REV) qualification awarded by The European Group of Valuer Associations (TEGOVA) introduced to Ireland by the IPAV in 2013 to meet the requirements of the upcoming European Directive on Property Valuation.
