Sorry, no smoking. Shop and river 0.1 miles, pub 0.2 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels included in the rent. Coleham. Note: There are fishing rights from the garden after obtaining a permit. Note: The river at the bottom of the garden is not fenced off, please supervise children at all times..
