Thanks to the exposed brickwork and vaulted ceilings, you can still see what this home looked like before the rustic transformation. The attention to detail in this home is excellent – hand-crafted bed frames and mirrors in unexpected colours help create a pleasant earthy atmosphere. Although The Fay Terrace is a small home, it has a large, traditionally paved terrace, perfect for afternoon lunches.

* Although this home can accommodate up to six guests, the final two will be sleeping on a futon bed in the mezzanine
* At maximum occupancy, the dining area is too small for all guests to sit together comfortably
* There is some damage on the wall in the master bedroom
* The home manual isn't great, but the host is working on improving it
