Just a five minute walk to the everything Dingle and it's picturesque harbour has to offer, nestled amid green fields and set against the spectacular mountain backdrop of the renowned Conor Pass. This well appointed holiday home offers a comfortable haven in which to relax, unwind and explore the stunning tranquil countryside, inspirational coastline and traditional villages. The complex has a full size tennis court in front of the house for guests to use. Bedrooms There are three bedrooms in Holiday-Home Dingle, sleeping six people comfortably. The first bedroom has a super king bed that can be spilt into two singles and an ensuite bathroom. The second also has a super king bed that can be split into two single beds and the third has a kingsize bed, All the bedrooms have a high end finish with gorgeous lighting, custom made walnut headboards with built in bedside lockers, wardrobes and a dressing table with a soft velvet chair and mirror. Bathrooms There are three bathrooms. Downstairs there is a toilet and sink off the main hall. Upstairs there is a family bathroom with a large whirlpool spa bath, shower, sink and toilet. The third is an ensuite with shower, sink and toilet. Living Room The lounge has two super comfortable leather couches, a chic grey armchair, several lamps for mood lighting and a flat screen TV above the electric fireplace. With several windows, skylights and a glass side door leading to the garden, this room is also filled with light. Kitchen / Diner The spacious Kitchen/diner has lovely soft grey walls trimmed with white woodwork and a fresh, pearl grey modern kitchen including an island breakfast bar with two high backed stools matching the stylish dining suite. The kitchen stocks all your culinary needs with plenty storage and worktop space containing a built in fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, electric oven and hob, kettle and toaster. This charming space is flooded with light due to three windows and a mirror surrounding the oak dining table for six, a large kitchen window over the sink and french doors leading out onto the garden. Outside Space There is space for two cars in the drive, a lovely compact enclosed garden with grass and patio. There is a picnic bench for alfresco dining. THIS PROPERTY IS PET FRIENDLY This property is pet friendly but owners must provide a cage for their pets, and ensure that they do not go on any of the furnishings. They are not allowed in any bedrooms or upstairs. We ask guests not to leave pets alone in the home. Pets must be kept on the lead around the estate and please be mindful of our residents and clear up any mess made.
