Home truths: *Not all bathrooms are photographed, but we expect consistent quality throughout. *There is one parking space, but you can use the nearby overflow car park for additional cars. There are three electric vehicle charging points on the estate that operate on a first-come, first-use basis. *We recommend bringing a torch, as there's no street lighting on the estate. *You'll have access to communal facilities, including the on-site restaurant, gym, spa, and pools. *The main bedroom doesn't have blinds, so you'll want an eye mask so the sunlight doesn't wake you. *Large single-sex groups aren't permitted, and noise should be kept to a minimum after 11pm. *You won't have waterside access to Swillbrook lake, as it's a nature conservation lake. .
