It is a spacious and beautifully designed apartment with wonderful attention to detail. Nothing has been overlooked and your hosts are on hand should you need any advice on where to go or what to do locally. They have even provided a picnic basket so you can stroll down to nearby Coss Strand and savour the enviable seaside location. Sea View Apartment is attached to the main house where your hosts live with their small family, however, you have full privacy while staying there. There is private parking to the side of the apartment and a separate entrance at the rear from the sun terrace into the main living space. Patio doors lead into the open plan kitchen, dining and living room. This is a lovely room filled with light and offering wonderful views down the garden and to the sea beyond. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you will need during your stay and there is a small dining table to seat four people. The sitting room area has both a three and a two-seater couch along with a TV and cosy electric fire. Wifi is provided free of charge to all guests. There are two large and stylish bedrooms. Both bedrooms have large king beds which can be divided into two single beds depending on your preference. Each bedroom has a large ensuite bathroom - one with a bath and overhead shower and the other with a stand-alone shower. All bed linen and towels will be provided and there is a TV in each bedroom. The patio doors lead outside to the private terrace with magnificent sea views. A wall separates it from the rest of the house for your privacy. Please note that this property is not suitable for very young children. On arrival, guests are asked for a security deposit of 200 euro in cash which will be refunded to you on departure provided there are no breakages or damages to the property. Minimum stay 3 nights at off peak times, peak times of the year minimum stay 7 nights. Other times The host would be more than happy to help with any queries regarding the property/rate/area.
