From the back garden you can see to the left views up the Bandon river and also to the right Kinsale town an d the marina which is even better at night time when it’s all lit up. It’s a 3 minute car journey into town from the property. We let guests change there travel dates as many times as needed, if there are travel restrictions on there travel dates. We also let guests swap there booking , to another one of our 6 other kinsale properties , if there new dates are not available at the property they first booked with. Please enter the correct amount of guests staying when booking , so that adequate beds, bed linen, towels are left out for all guests. hen parties are allowed , but you must state this when you book. We do not accept stag parties You must be 23 years of age or older to hire this property, which will be checked on arrival if need be. The entire house is yours , no one else will be sharing it with you. NO PETS ARE ALLOWED OF ANY KIND The property can sleep 16, we can arrange 18 on request 2 years and younger are classed as infants and are not charged for staying and we have 2 cots at the house for you to use plus a feeding chair. Children over the age of 2 on check in are classed as children and are charged. Over the Christmas season it’s a minimum 3 night stay the rest of the year it’s only a 1 night minimum stay. The house is accessed via gates so the property is secured for your safety. The house itself is a modern 6 bedroom 3 bathroom house, large modern kitchen / diner , living room with views of the river OUTSIDE Gazebo There is 1 other seating area outside by the kitchen. There is a large 42ft climbing frame in the front garden along with kids trampoline. In the outside garage there is a snooker table and tennis table , with lighting in there so it can be used in the evenings. If you need a caterer to come in and cook or bring your breakfast , lunch or dinner then let me know and I will pass on the details. All guests are advised to take out travel insurance , incase you need to cancel your booking for unseen reasons , or for damages done at the property during your stay , this is optional of course and is down to the person making the booking. We have an agreement with our neighbours that the outside gazebo and children’s facilities won’t be used past 10pm for noise reasons , please can you keep to this and respect our neighbours.
