Throughout the property WiFi and LPG central heating is included as well as an electric fire in the living space. Fuel, power bed linen and towels are also included. Outside, off-road parking is available for two cars. Two well-behaved pets are allowed however, this is a smoke-free property. You will find the nearest pub within 0.8 miles and the nearest shop 0.9. Tarboltom offers a convenience store for all of your essentials, as well as eateries and a pub, with options including The Black Bull. Close by you will find Burns Trout Fishery, ideal for fishing enthusiasts, as well as riverside walks at Peden's Cove. For a day at the seaside head over to Ayr, where you will find a local beach, as well as more eateries, pubs, and a great many attractions. Visit The Wallace Tower and Greenan Castle, or enjoy a stroll around Belleisle Conservatory and Robert Burns Birthplace Museum. For a family day out, head over to Heads Of Ayr Farm Park, and beyond this, visit Kilmarnock where you will find Dean Castle Country Park and Caprington Castle. For scenic walks, mountain biking, and birdwatching opportunities, visit the beautiful Galloway Forest Park.
