It’s large, well furnished with quality pieces, and the things in it just seem to work seamlessly. Of course, it doesn’t hurt that it’s in a great location, near the very centre, but just set back enough to avoid the tourists in Piazza del Duomo. It’s also very easy to reach the University.

*The road outside is fairly busy, and there's a tram that goes past, so you might get some traffic noise, particularly in the second bedroom
*Two people can sleep on a sofa bed in the living room
*The breakfast table in the kitchen is only really comfortable with four people at a time
