Spaces Living Area Although the entrance to the apartment is on the ground floor everything in the property is up one flight of stairs on the first floor. The open plan living area is spacious and light with a large leather corner sofa that seats seven. There is also a stylish yellow armchair and contemporary white coffee table. The Sea View is evident from the window in the lounge, and there is a flat screen smart TV mounted on the wall in the corner. Kitchen and Dining area The Kitchen/Dining area is part of the open plan living room. There is a rustic wooden dining table that seats six people comfortably.
