All-ground-floor. Two bedrooms: 1 x double, 1 x twin. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Kitchen. Living/dining room with open fire( Please provide your own fuel)

Electric central heating with radiators and open fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washer/dryer, dishwasher. TV with intergrated DVD player, radio. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot available. Off-road parking close to the cottage for 2 cars. Access to the castle grounds. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 5.3 miles miles. Holiday guests have access to the estate grounds outside of the regular opening hours. There is no WiFi at this property and mobile phone reception can be poor. Access is via the front door which has a step, and there are three internal steps down into the living/dining area, the area by the front door is cobbled. If the Accommodation becomes inaccessible due to bad weather the National Trust for Scotland will take all reasonable steps to inform you and to offer an alternative National Trust for Scotland property.
