As if your home wasn’t creative enough, take a twenty-minute drive to Yucca Valley to visit the Noah Purifoy Desert Art Museum, plus restaurants and unusual shops. You’ve got an interesting neighbour, too – the ornate wooden Jodhpur Temple, which you can hire for lounging or spiritual musings.
