But if you’re happy to take on the city’s hilly streets, all the sightseeing hotspots, including Cais da Ribeira and Mercado do Bolhão, can be reached on foot. While you can’t fault the home’s slick, modern interiors, this studio is compact. Expect a small kitchenette without an oven or hob – although the coffee pod machine is a bonus for morning cuppas. The open wardrobe is also short on hanging space, so we’d recommend packing light.
