Each room is as comfortable as the next (although some are a little dated), and the fireplace in the living area makes the whole home feel even cosier. Outside, a small garden is perfect for summer sundowners, while the kitchen makes mealtimes a breeze. Or, you could always stroll over to Bath Road for a bite instead – it's home to an array of shops and eateries. The city centre is a twenty-minute walk away, but one small car can be parked in the yard if you'd rather drive.

*This home is spread across two floors. You'll need to climb some stairs.
*If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a free travel cot and a baby seat that can be turned into a high chair. Please request them during booking.
*There's parking space for one small car in the backyard. There's also limited free parking in the back lane, which operates on a first-come, first-served basis.
*A few rooms are a little dated, particularly the bathroom and kitchen. They may not suit everyone's tastes. The patio also looks a little tired.
*Well behaved pets are allowed on request only – let your host know at the time of booking so they can check if they are suitable for this home.
