That said, you'll likely spend most of your time in the garden, basking in the endless sunshine. There's a glittering pool where you can enjoy afternoon swims and midnight dips under the stars and so many sun-kissed lounging areas it's hard to know where to start. We can easily picture ourselves lounging on the daybed with a good book, sipping sangria before dinner in the covered dining area and whipping up tapas in the summer kitchen to enjoy as the sun goes down – sounds pretty dreamy, if we do say so ourselves. While this is a quiet rural location, you're just a ten-minute drive from Santa Eulalia and twenty minutes from Ibiza Town. Explore the island's beaches and secret coves by day – our favourites are Aigües Blanques and Cala de Sant Vicent, both twenty minutes by car – and enjoy the lively atmosphere by night.
