Accommodation: The principle residence provides three spacious bedrooms, with master en-suite, plus a family bathroom and downstairs loo. The expansive cleverly designed sunroom and conservatory include impressive living and dining spaces, and on the mezzanine level, there is a pull out sofa for two. The cosy living room has a large flat-screen TV and open fireplace, and the fully equipped kitchen with dining table is a cooks dream. Wrapped around the house is a fabulous deck with a hot tub for 6-8. Self contained studio The studio has a super-king bed and pull out sofa, fully equipped kitchen, conservatory dining area and a claw-foot tub in the bathroom with great sea views. The mezzanine level sleeps two, suitable for older children. This property is unsuitable for families with children under 5-yrs old due to the pond and foreshore. Weekly bookings only, Saturday to Saturday in high season.
