*There is one parking space, and an overflow car park nearby. There are three electric vehicle charging points on the estate that operate on a first-come, first-use basis.
*You'll have access to communal facilities, including the on-site restaurant, gym, spa, tennis courts and pools. It’s worth noting that the outdoor pool closes after the October half term and does not re-open until Easter.
*Somerford Lagoon Lake is closed from October to March due to nesting birds. There’s an alternative canoe launch point located nearby though.
*Large single-sex groups aren't permitted, and noise should be kept to a minimum after 11pm.
