After a hearty lunch at the bistro set, people-watch by the waterfront or follow the river into the city for cream tea in the medieval Shambles and a history lesson at the JORVIK Viking Centre, just a six-minute walk away. When it’s time to call it a day, head home to your comfy double bed and wind down with your favourite show on the nifty pop-up TV.
