Double bedroom in a shared three-bedroom house. Rent is €800 per month INCLUDING ALL BILLS. There is no deposit, but you must pay the first month’s rent to secure the room. The room is available immediately. Ideally I would prefer a female to rent the room for 6 months or more. The house is two minutes from Raheny Dart Station and five minutes from the H1, H2, H3 bus stops and Raheny village. The H1 and 31N Nitelink bus stop is across from our house. Our house is about twenty-five minutes from the city centre by public transport. There is also a parking space available. Raheny village is quite and safe and near St. Anne's Park and Bull Island with its own library, numerous shops, pubs, restaurants, and take-a-ways. The bedroom has a double bed and bedsheets, pillows, and duvet. It also has an electric heater, bedside drawers, desk, chair, bookcase, and bin. The house has all mod cons, central heating and its own 1GB wireless connection. Currently my girlfriend and I share the house with another female. We all smoke in the house and so the house would only suit someone who can tolerate smoking. The house is warm, quiet, friendly, and tidy. There is a small dog and two cats in the house.
