Central location 1km to Beaumont Hospital, 2km DCU, 4km Croke Park, 4.3km Mater Hospital, 4.5km to city centre, 5.2km to TCD Trinity College Dublin and RCSI and 6km to Dublin Airport. Omni shopping centre is a 10 minute walk from our house with many shops including Pennys, Nando's, Starbucks, McDonalds, Burger King, M&S, H&M, Tesco and IMC cinema. Buses are: 1, 14, 16, 16C, 33, 41, 41C, 101 and 104 N4 which serves the Point Village and concert arena. We have two buses 5 minutes from our house to / from Dublin Airport. The 41 bus operates a direct route to and from Dublin Airport 24/7. Motor way : Close to M50 and N1 to Belfast City Centre 30 to 40 min walk My daughter is coeliac so I can provide a gluten free light breakfast. I can also provide a gluten free lunch and dinner for an additional cost.

Small Double Room - 4ft bed - Large room will small double 4ft futon bed. The room is situated on the ground floor of the house. This room is priced lower due to futon bed. Twin Room (Bunk Beds) - This room has bunk beds which can accomodate up to 110kgs. The room is not suitable for long stays or someone looking to stay in their room as the room is more suitable for those who are out and about. Private Granny Flat Annex - Sleeps 3 / 4 - Private self contained apartment with kitchen / living area and private bathroom. See other photos for room and bathroom. rnSleeps 3 comfortably; but can sleep 4 ( 2 Adults & 2 children). For comfort best to sleep 3 adults. rnrn
