We offer a lovely brand new house, located in Lusk (25 mins from the city by train). We have a lovely cozy double room available with its own bathroom next door to it. Our Kitchens come fully equipped with all modcons needed for cooking lovely family meals. We have a private little back garden that gets the full sun throughout summer which is very pleasant to sunbathe and relax with a coffee/Drink. Lusk offers bus and train service to the city center and to surrounding areas. The train is 25 mins to Connolly station and to get to the train station from our home it takes 15 mins walk. The bus is practically on our doorstep and the 33x brings you to the city center. Express buses 33X approx 40 mins via port tunnel; standard buses 33 approx 60 mins to city centre, passing by Swords and Santry and house is short walk to bus stop. To airport - driving time approx 15 mins; standard bus 33A approx 30 mins. We both live here with our 8 year old son and our 10 year old beautiful and super friendly cat. In our spare time we love to keep active and be outdoors when the weather allows us, Alternatively we like to keep busy with organizing our house. To relax we like to watch movies, cook , listen to music , and play interactive games with our son. We are looking for a respectful ,clean, pet friendly person to share our home with.
