We live in Walkinstown Dublin 12. We have a large double room available. The room is spacious , bright and clean. The room has built in wardrobes, chest of drawers and desk. My wife and I live in the house along with our son and his girlfriend . Our guest (s) will have the full use of our kitchen together with all laundry appliances. We have a bathroom consisting of a wash hand basin, toilet and electric shower which will be shared. We have a large sunny back garden. We are located approx 2.5 km from Dublin city . Bus stop located outside the front of our house ( No 9 Bus ). We are also located 2 minutes walk to Walkinstown roundabout where there are a host of shops and bus routes.
