Countryside residence, 2km to local village. Access to our village is best by bicycle or car. (Bicycle, helmet, bicycle lock and high visibility vest can be supplied to you. Would also suit someone with their own car) **c.22km to Dublin City Centre which is easily accessed by bus/car** We are a family of 4, husband and wife and twin 5 year olds. We live in a 5 bedroom Country home in Ratoath in County Meath. Our children's AuPair from France also lives with us and she has become a part of the family. We have a room available for a female student from January 2025. Price includes all utility bills.

Large bedroom - Double bed, large wardrobes, armchair. En-suite is located between two bedrooms so shared with another female. Doors on either side of the en-suite lock for privacy when in use. Separate fridge in utility room for the students personal use. Single room - Single bedroom. Room will be rearranged so will appear different from this photo. Fitted wardrobe, desk and chair. Access to main family bathroom. Separate fridge in utility room for students use.
