Hello, my name is Grace, and I am a pre-school teacher. I am looking for a housemate to share my home. I am looking for a quiet and tidy housemate. Non Smoker. It is a quiet, non-party household. I am a friendly and welcoming host. I will help you to settle in, and offer help when possible e.g. finding routes of transport etc. However, I work full-time and have a busy schedule. I am looking for an independent guest who is happy to do their own thing and entertain themselves. The room available is a bright and spacious master bedroom with a private ensuite bathroom. Looking for a long-term tenant. Minimum stay is 3 months, and maximum stay is 12 months. Household bills (ESB, Gas, Broadband, Bins etc) are included in the rent.
