A female house owner occupied has 1 single room to rent in Rathfarnham, it is a quiet area we have shops nearby and public transportations ( 14,16,17 bus routes Universities and colleges TCD, UCD ,RCSI , DIT, Griffith college and 20 mins walking to the louse).
The room is very quiet, clean and bright furnished with bed, , WIFI, study desk, wear robe, duvet, private bathroom ,you have an access to the common area of the house kitchen which is very modern and clean and it encourages me to cook nice Mediterranean foods in the weekend,and it is available all year long.
Ideally, I’m looking for non-smoking not drinker female students or professional to share the house with.
