The home is non-owner occupied and you would be sharing with two other professional women in their 30’s. One works in Sales and the other in Marketing. Both other tenants are from Cork (although we promise the accents are minimal). Both non smokers and avid gym-goers who enjoy a social drink every so often. The house is situated in a peaceful and quiet estate with lots of young families as neighbours.
The house is a 4 bedroom property with the 4th bedroom kept available for use of all tenants whether that be for a guest to stay or to facilitate a quiet space while working from home. The house also has a big garden that is maintained by management, two parking spaces (one currently available for the new tenant), a huge kitchen/dining area and a spacious living room.
