We live on a quiet, leafy street in Waterford City- \"top of the town\"!!! I only recently bought and renovated the house and it comes with a huge garden. It is like a beautiful oasis in the middle of the city. It is just me and Ned (an extremely friendly golden retriever) living here. Everything that you need is within walking distance, but there is a bus stop around the corner. The main bus and train stations are about 20 minutes walk. We are also close to the entrance of The Greenway which is a 45km cycle and walk path through stunning Waterford countryside. And if that isn't enough we are only 20 minutes drive to some beautiful beaches. I am very involved and busy with the arts scene here. I am founder and project manager of Waterford Walls-an International Street Art Festival which takes place in August each year. And there are a lot of events in association with this festival which we need to attend throughout the year. Ned is the festival mascot so he is also heavily involved!! So if you come to Waterford I will be able to tell you about everything that is worth seeing worth going to.
