Dublin on the N7 at exit 17 Turn left, sign Abbeyleix/Durrow and continue on this road to Durrow. On entering Durrow turn left on the Killkenny/Ballyragget road. After about 300 yards (and still within the town) turn right on the Derry road. The entrance to the property is 2.5km out this road on the right hand side. Watch for stone wall and laurel hedging. The house is at the end of the avenue. Durrow village is 9 km from Abbeyleix and 105km from Dublin
