There is excellent and ample access from two public roads.The southern portion, folio CK21291, of the lands is bounded by the North by the Rathcooney Road and to the South by both the Banduff Road and by agricultural land with some private residences indenting into the lands. To the East of this there is similar type agricultural land. The northern portion, folio CK5082, across the Rathcooney Road is bounded to the North-West and East by farmland, some of which enjoys permission for a very large residential development granted by An Bord Pleanala in 2020.
