Traditional 2 bedroom detached cottage in Tahilla on c.2.4 acres of woodland garden. The cottage dates back to the 1860's and was restored and renovated in 1996. The ground-floor accommodation consists of 753 sq. ft. with an open plan kitchen/dining/living area with an original stone fireplace. 2 double bedrooms, one of which has a loft ideal for use as a home office. There is also a shower room and toilet with a utility area. To the side is a store room of approx. 11 sqm. There are a number of old stone outbuildings on the land that could potentially be restored. The cottage is in an ideal location for outdoor enthusiasts as it is situated on the Kerry Way walking route and the scenic Ring of Kerry.
