Directions
Coming from Galway, take the right turn signposted Shanbally, Killeeneen before you reach the village of Craughwell, just before the railway track. This brings you down past the Craughwell national school and GAA pitches on your left. Continue down this road and take the 2nd turn left. Travel along this road about 200 metres - you come to a small fork on the road - keep right, after a 100 metres, the house is on the left hand side. Black iron gates lead into the grounds. 'Coole Cottage' is inscribed on stone wall near pedestrian entrance.
