Colm states that this superb property was designed, built and developed to its present beauty from the early 2000 by its present owners. The property comes with all the bells and whistles as noted on our list of features and one very unique feature is that this site formed part of the St. Cleran’s Estate where the famous actor John Huston resided with his family from 1954 to 1971. The current owners wished to re-erect the woodlands of St. Cleran’s estate and planted 40 mature tress including Cooper Beech, Silver Birch, Mountain Ash to name but a few, on the site that this majestic home stands on. The trees of which some are up to 40 years old are placed strategically on the site and provide both beauty and privacy. Colm recommends viewing this property as he does not anticipate it to be on the market long.
